Four major handling methods for LED display screen detection; Understanding LED display screen detection is crucial, and using the correct LED detection method can identify potential problems. Common LED display screen detection methods include short circuit detection, resistance detection, voltage detection, and voltage drop detection. The following is an introduction to the four major methods for detecting LED display screens using environmental testing technology.

1. Short circuit detection method: Setting the multimeter to the short circuit detection gear generally has an alarm function, such as emitting a beep if it is connected), to detect if there is a short circuit phenomenon, and immediately solve it once a short circuit is found. Short circuit phenomenon is also a common LED display module fault. Some can be found by observing the IC pins and row pin pins. Short circuit detection should be operated when the circuit is powered off to avoid damaging the multimeter. This method is commonly used, simple and efficient. 90% of faults can be detected and determined through this method.

2. Resistance detection method: Set the multimeter to the resistance range, test the ground resistance value of a certain point on a normal circuit board, and then test whether there is a difference between the same point on another circuit board and the normal resistance value. If there is a difference, the scope of the problem is determined.

3. Voltage detection method: Set the multimeter to the voltage range, detect the ground voltage at a certain point in the suspected circuit, compare whether it is similar to the normal value, and easily determine the range of the problem.

4. Voltage drop detection method: Set the multimeter to the diode voltage drop detection position. As all ICs are composed of basic single components, they are only miniaturized. Therefore, when there is power flow on one of their pins and it expires smoothly, there will be a voltage drop on the pins. Generally, the voltage drop on the same pin of a unified IC model is similar, and the voltage drop value on the pin is relatively good or bad.
