According to the Notice of the National Development and Reform Office Industry [2015] No. 360, which is issued by the National Development and Reform Office on the Implementation Plan for the Industrialization of Key Technologies of Industrial Robots, under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Standardization Commission, the Certification and Accreditation Administration Commission, and the China Robotics Industry Alliance, the National Robotics Testing and Evaluation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "National Evaluation Center") was established in early 2015.
