Starting from June 1, 1999, radio component products sold and used in China must obtain approval and certification of radio models. Radio transmission equipment produced, sold, and used domestically must undergo model approval, with an approval certificate and model approval code issued. The model approval code must be indicated on the label of the factory equipment.

1. Inspection basis and reference standards for radio transmission equipment model approval (SRRC certification) testing;

2. The tested equipment model should have testing procedures, methods, standards, conditions, test connection diagrams, special test attachments, and the latest test report (copies or photocopies are acceptable);

3. If the transmission port of the tested equipment belongs to a non-standard interface, it is necessary to provide the test connection cable of the tested equipment and the cable attenuation value text or chart basis stamped with the company seal;

4. If necessary, the applicant unit must send engineering and technical personnel to cooperate with the testing;

5. If one of the equipment submitted by the applicant for inspection is found to be unqualified after inspection, a second sampling or re inspection of the sample machine is allowed. If two or more samples (including two) are found to be unqualified after inspection, the second sampling will not be conducted and the product will be deemed as unqualified; If more than one unit still fails after the second inspection, it shall be deemed as a non-conforming product.
